Shop Madeira is a neighborhood program for Madeira, Ohio. Neighbors earn stamps for checking in at local shops, and shops fund their own perks. If something is confusing or broken, or you just have a question, this page is how you reach us.

Common questions
How do stamps work?
You earn one stamp each time you check in at a participating shop. Stamps are a count, not a currency, and they have no dollar value. They mark your progress through the neighborhood tiers and show shops that you keep coming back.
How do check-ins work?
Open the shop page and tap Check in. Most shops verify with your phone’s location. Some keep a rotating QR code on a counter tablet; scan it with the iOS app instead. Either way, you can earn one check-in per shop per day.
What if a check-in fails?
You have to be at the shop for a check-in to count. If it fails, try again near the entrance, where your phone gets a better location fix. If the shop has a counter QR, scan that instead. Still stuck? Email support@shop-madeira.com with the shop name and the time you tried.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, open the You tab, tap Settings, then Delete account under Account. Your account is queued for deletion after a 30-day grace period, and signing back in during that window cancels it. You can also email support@shop-madeira.com and we will handle it for you.
How do I get a copy of my data?
Email privacy@shop-madeira.com and we will send you an export. Or request one in the app: open the You tab, tap Settings, then Request data export. We email you a link.
For shop owners
If you own a Madeira business and want to join the program, start at Claim your listing. Approved owners manage their listing, perks, and counter QR from the merchant portal. For anything else, from a stalled claim to a question about how perks work, email support@shop-madeira.com.
